摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定细辛脑的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70:30),检测波长258nm。结果:α-细辛脑的线性范围为0.134-536μg·mL^-1,检测限为0.0402μg·mL^-1,精密度RSD为0.30%。结论:该方法简便,灵敏,快速,准确,专属性强,可用于α-细辛脑的含量测定。
Objective.To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Assay of asarone. Methods:The Kromasil C18 column(200mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase:methanol and water (70:30), the detected wave was at 258nm. Result:The linear range was in concentration ranges of 0. 134-536μg·mL^-1, Conclusion :The method is rapid, simple, accurate and high specificity,it can be used for determination of the assay of α-asarone .
