摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定细辛脑的含量。方法：采用Kromasil C18色谱柱（200mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（70：30）,检测波长258nm。结果：α-细辛脑的线性范围为0.134-536μg·mL^-1,检测限为0.0402μg·mL^-1,精密度RSD为0.30%。结论：该方法简便,灵敏,快速,准确,专属性强,可用于α-细辛脑的含量测定。
Objective.To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Assay of asarone. Methods：The Kromasil C18 column（200mm × 4.6mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase：methanol and water （70：30）, the detected wave was at 258nm. Result：The linear range was in concentration ranges of 0. 134-536μg·mL^-1, Conclusion ：The method is rapid, simple, accurate and high specificity,it can be used for determination of the assay of α-asarone .
