On Building the Socialist Road under the Rule of Law with Chinese Characteristics——In Memory of the Tenth Anniversary of"Managing State Affairs according to Law and Building a Socialist Country under the Rule of Law" into the Constitution

自清末以来,近代中国对法治道路的漫长探索经过了五次否定,最终选择了适合中国国情的社会主义法治道路。中国特色社会主义法治道路已形成较为完整的理论体系,它以社会主义法治理念为指导,以"三者统一"为根本原则,以政府主导、上下结合为路径。坚持和完善中国特色社会主义法治道路,必须紧紧抓住以人为本这一核心。

Since the late Qing, in the long road of exploring the rule of law in modern China, there have been five negations. Finally, the choice is focused on building the socialist road under the rule of law with Chinese characteristics rule-of-law. It has developed a whole theoretical system, which, with the concept of socialist rule of law as the guideline, takes ＂the organic unity of leadership of the Party, people mastering their own affairs and running state affairs according to law＂ as the cardinal principle and adopts the approach of the government＇s leading role and up and down integration. In adhering to and developing the socialist road under the law with Chinese characteristics, the core is always to put people first.
