基于转变发展方式条件下的上海市产业用地政策思路

Thought of Industrial Land Policy Based on the Condition of Changing the Development Mode in Shanghai

集约型的经济增长和土地资源的硬约束是制订产业用地政策的重要前提。本文分析了当前上海市产业用地的政策环境,提出了相应的政策思路和调查评价、规划布局、开发利用、长效管理等四方面的战略。

Intensive economic the industrial land growth and hard constraints of land resources are the important prerequisite to make policy. This paper analyzed the current policy environment of the industrial land in Shanghai and put forward the thought of the corresponding policy and four aspects of strategy, including investigation and assessment, planning, exploitation and utilization, longterm management.
