摘要
国家"十一五"规划纲要中确定了编制国家主体功能区规划。根据省级主体功能区划分技术要求,本文对上海市可利用土地资源进行了评价。结果表明:全市适宜建设用地总量少,比例高,已有建设用地比重高,可利用土地资源总量较为贫乏,主要分布在远郊区。
National major function zoning was advanced initially by the outline of the eleventh five - year plan for national economic and social development of the People's Republic of China. Based on the provincal planning of major function zoning technique standard, the exploitative land resources of Shanghai was e- valuated. The results show that the quantity of suitable land resources for construction is relatively small while the ratio is relatively high. The ratio of built land resources is relatively high. The amount of exploitative land resources is relatively small and mainly distributes in the outer districts.
