30年来,我国高等职业教育的发展经历了起步、快速发展阶段,目前正处于稳定规模、提高质量、凸显特色、内涵发展的新时期。在这个新时期中,加强内涵建设是高等职业院校发展的第一要义,系统设计、整体推进是高等职业院校发展的着力点。

Higher vocational education experienced initial starting and accelerated development stage over the past 30 years in China.It is now at a new age of development characterized with stable enrollment,enhancing quality,distinguishing feature and comprehensive and substantial growth.The paper maintains that at present stage,comprehensive and substantial construction should be the priority,while systematic scheming and overall advancing should be the emphasis of the development of higher vocational institutions.
