On Establishing Family Enterprises Principle and Values for the Sake of Harmonious Community

在倡导构建和谐社会的今天,包括家族企业在内的民营经济的发展将极大地促动经济的繁荣,从而为构建社会主义和谐社会提供良好的物质基础。然而提高家族企业的经济效益,扶持其成长,不仅需要依靠企业的人力、物力、财力,更需要文化力来助其一臂之力,因此,如何提高企业的文化软实力,如何将家文化与现代企业文化融合起来,是摆在所有家族企业面前的重要课题。

The paper acknowledges that the development of private enterprises including the family operations has contributed to the prosperity of economy. They are supplying material basis for the construction of the socialistic harmonious community. However, to support their growth, labor force, material and financial investment in addition to the cultural forces are needed. Therefore, the problem faced by many family businesses is how to enhance their enterprises cultural soft power and blend the family ideas with modem enterprise culture.
