Cloud Computing, as a new word in IT, will give people a new concept of consumption for large-scale computing and utility services. So, there are many hot topics about Cloud Computing which people are researching, such as its definition and structure and implementation. First, this paper describes the conceptrelated to cloud computing, and compares it with Grid Computing and Box Computing. Then, it proposes a new Cloud Computing model based on Agency. The definition and value and structure of this model are studied. The usage scenarios and the prospect of this model are also described.
