心肺脑复苏的急救配合与护理

Cooperation of Emergency Treatment and Nursing in Cardiac Pulmonary Cerebral Resuscitation

目的探讨护士如何在最短时间里准确判断出病人呼吸心跳骤停,并尽快地配合医生进行心肺脑复苏的急救。方法对本组18例心肺复苏患者的急救与护理进行分析。发现患者出现意识丧失、大动脉搏动消失,应立即在最短时间内配合医生采取气道开放、人工呼吸、胸外心脏按压、除颤、气管插管、复苏药物的应用、头部及体表大血管行经处冰敷等复苏处理。结果18例中,心肺复苏成功12例,6例无效。结论护士必须熟练掌握CPCR操作技术,密切观察危重病人的病情变化,发现异常应迅速与医生配合,采取有效的抢救措施和护理措施是提高复苏成功率的关键。

Objectives To explore the nurse how to judge accurately cardiac arrest of patients in the shortest time, and carry out timely emergent treatment in cardiac pulmonary cerebral resuscitation （CPCR） in coordination with doctors. Methods CPCR and nursing of 18 cases with cardiac arrest were analyzed. If we discover that the patients lose the consciousness suddenly, and the aorta pulsate disappears, we should immediately coordinate with doctors to adopt the process of resuscitation that the air way is open, breathing, closed chest cardiac massage, defibrillate, intubation, drugs, lay the ice on the head and the place passed by big blood vessel in the surface of body and so on. Results Of 18 cases, 12 cases survived, 6 cases died. Conclusion The keypoint to increase the successful rate of CPCR is that the nurses must be skilled in technology of CPCR, closely observe the disease situation of the critical patients, discover abnormality to coordinates with doctors timely, and take measures of exact salvage and nursing.
