摘要
以青菜为材料,研究了蓝藻沼液不同施用量和化肥组对青菜生物量、品质的影响以及MC-LR在青菜体内积累状况。结果表明,沼液的使用可有效增加青菜的生物量和株高,其中以中量沼液处理效果最好,与化肥组的没有显著差异;同样沼液的使用可以显著改善青菜的品质,使可溶性糖和维生素C含量增加,亚硝酸盐含量降低,其中以中量沼液处理最为明显,而化肥组虽然生物量最高,但是品质相对较差;单位鲜重青菜体内MC-LR含量和生物富集系数在低量沼液处理下,没有检测到,随着沼液处理量的增加,单位鲜重青菜体内MC-LR含量和生物富集系数增加。说明沼液中的MC-LR可被作物吸收并进行积累,对人类的健康存在潜在的威胁。
The Chinese cabbage seedlings were treated with various concentrations of biogas slurry fermented by blue - green algae. The effects of biogas slurry on the biomass, quality and situation of MC - LR accumulation in Chinese cabbage were studied in this paper. The results showed that the biomass and plant height were significantly increased by the utilization of biogas slurry. Especially, medium amount of biogas slurry revealed the best effect, whereas it did not show marked difference as compared with the chemical fertilizer. At the same time, the quality of Chinese cabbage was improved remarkably by the biogas slurry, the application of bingas slurry (especially medium amount of biogas slurry) made the soluble sugar and vitamin C content increase, and made the nitrite reduce. Although the biomass was the highest in the treatment of chemical fertilizer, the quality of Chinese cabbage was lower. The MC - LR content in Chinese cabbage and bio - concentration factor (BCF) were not found in the treatment of low amount of biogas slurry. However, the MC - LR content in Chinese cabbage and BCF increased along with the increase of application rate of biogas slurry. The results showed that MC -LR in the biogas slurry could be absorbed and accumulated by the plant, which was a potential risk for the people' s health.
