催乳素释放肽抗应激功能研究进展

摘要 催乳素释放肽(PrRP)是RF肽的一个新成员,通过与G蛋白偶联受体结合,起着很多重要的生理调控作用,但其确切生理作用还有待进一步的探讨和研究。催乳素释放肽可通过多种途径作用于下丘脑——垂体——肾上腺轴,参与应激的调节。综述了目前有关催乳素释放肽在调节应激方面的研究进展。 As a new member of RF amide, Prolactin -releasing peptide (PrRP) plays multiple physiological modulation role through binding to G protein - coupled receptors (GPCRs). Future studies will clarify the physiological significance of PrRP, which can make the people better understand the regulatory mechanisms of life. PrRP is a novel and important mediator of the hypotbalamo - pituitary -adrenal axis for the stress response. This article reviews the recent research progress in PrRP as stressmediator.
