基于AMESim的流量放大阀建模和仿真研究

Modeling and Simulation of Flow Enlarged Valve Based on AMESim

以一种典型的流量放大阀为例,利用AMESim软件对其动态特性进行仿真,结果表明,流量放大阀的放大特性在较长时间内基本成线性规律变化;在同一流量输入下,输出流量受工作压力的影响很小,流量放大阀的入口压力随负载变化而变化,但放大特性并不因为压力变化而显著变化,即流量放大阀在放大特性上有较好的压力稳定性。

Taking a typical flow enlarged valve as example, this paper used AMESim software to simulate the dynamic characteristics of this valve. The results showed that the enlargement property of flow enlarged valve changed linearly in general for a long time; under the same flow input, the effect of working pressure on the flow output was small, and the entry pressure of flow enlarged valve changed along with the variation of the load, but the enlargement characteristic did not obviously change because of the pressure variation, namely the flow enlarged valve had better pressure stability in enlargement property.
