密薪制运用研究 被引量:1

摘要 密薪制在欧美发达国家早已运用多年,我国中小企业也多有运用。随着新《劳动合同法》的颁布实施,部分对密薪制理解有误,运用不当的企业,一时间受到社会和员工的广泛声讨。本文从密薪制的涵义入手,分析其在我国的执行偏差,阐述密薪制的运用瓶颈,探讨密薪制的发展对策。
