The comprehensive academic journal of humanities and social sciences bears the load of publishing,offering materials for readers to read and understanding the academic information, etc.. However, the journal editor,especially the responsible editor plays a vital role in the forming process of academic journals. In the usual cognition of the countrymen,once editors are mentioned,＂doing work for others with no benefit to oneself＂or ＂being glad to be the ladder for others＂is used to eulogize their spirit of dedication.
