高校危机管理预案体系构建研究

当今世界无时无刻都会面临各种危机事件,危机管理已经成为全球公共管理者关注的重要课题。今天的高校已不再是世外桃源,各种危机事件就发生在我们身边,极易发生各种影响学校正常运转、给学校声誉带来严重负面影响的突发事件。本文认为,通过危机管理预案体系的构建、危机管理理论的科学运用以及学校师生的群策群力,学校是完全可以把危机事件爆发的可能性或危机事件产生的危害性降至最低限度,从而尽可能地维护好高校安全稳定的大局。

Today＇s world will face a variety of crises all the time, so the crisis management has become a global important issue the public managers concerned about. Today＇s colleges and universities are not paradise, and these crises sometimes occur around us. Colleges and universities are prone to be variously affected. Unexpected events may affect the normal functioning of schools and bring serious negative impact to the school reputation. We think that the current domestic crisis management on campus is more backward, either in crisis management of the specialized agencies or in detailed crisis management plan. Schools at all levels deal with crises in the lack of experience or can not control it effectively. This crisis will occur again, as college administrators, in addition to understand the crisis in college properly, we should develop crisis management plans which can response to a crisis timely and effectively.
