摘要
工会组织在应对来自国际金融危机的挑战中,要准确判断其维权的基本方向,寻求机遇,实现维权机制的创新。当前,工会维权机制创新点主要包括:适时将"共同约定行动"转向"企业命运共同体"重建上;由工会维权的"双代"模式创新为"新双代"维权机制;积极建构职工群众心理关怀机制,更好地维护职工精神利益。在实现工会维权机制创新过程中,要正确处理工会维权中的因循守旧与解放思想的关系;维权机制创新的应对性与长远性关系;争取维权资源与整合工会现有资源的关系;工会重点维权与全面维权的关系。
Under the international financial crisis,trade union should determine the direction accurately and seek opportunities to innovate the rights protection mechanism.At present,in order to innovate the rights protection mechanism,trade union should change the "common convention action" into the reconstruction of "enterprise destiny community",change the mode of "two representatives" into the mode of "new two representatives",and build up the psychological care mechanism for workers and staff so as to protect their spiritual interests.In the process of innovation of rights protection mechanism,we must handle the relationship between the beaten track and the emancipation of the mind,the relationship between short-term and long-term protection mechanism,the relationship between to fight for resources and to integrate existing resources,and the relationship between the overall rights protection and emphasis rights protection.
