工会在职业病防治中的作用研究

On the Role of Trade Union in Occupational Disease Prevention

职业病防治工作关系到广大劳动者的身体健康和生命安全,关系到我国经济健康发展和构建社会主义和谐社会目标的实现。工会组织是党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,是职工利益的代表,工会组织要突出维护职能,切实维护劳动者安全健康的合法权益。工会要依据法律赋予其主动参与劳动安全卫生工作的权利,充分发挥工会在职业病防治工作中的作用。

Occupational disease prevention is intimately related to the health and safety of the employees,and is intrinsically connected to the healthy economic development and the construction of socialist harmonious society in China.As the bridge and tie between the Party and the employees and as the representative of fundamental interests of the employees,trade union should strengthen the safeguarding functions and protect legal labor rights to occupational safety and health.Trade union must play an active role in occupational disease prevention according to trade union＇s rights to participate in the work of occupational safety and health which endowed by the laws.
