水中目标及其背景(海洋环境)特性数据是水下战场信息化建设的基础数据,而水下战场信息化建设对于全军信息化建设来说至关重要。本文分析了水中目标特性和海洋环境特性数据的内涵;分析了水中目标特性和海洋环境特性数据的重要性;分析了水中目标特性和海洋环境特性数据的国内外应用现状;给出了水中目标及其背景特性数据在水下战场信息化建设中应用的初步建议。

The data of subaqueous target and ocean environment properties were basic data for communication construct of underwater battlefield which was important to army communication construct.It analyzed the connotation of subaqueous target and ocean environment properties and analyzed the importance of them.It also gave the application of the data of subaqueous target and ocean environment properties.Finally,it gave the primary suggestion about the application of the data of subaqueous target and ocean environment properties for communication construct of underwater battlefield.
