摘要
主要对小型一体化全封闭加固机的结构设计方法进行了探讨,介绍了它的设计方案,叙述了加固机箱的结构设计思路、设计方案,重点介绍了分腔体结构设计思想和发热功率较高模块大面积传导附加通风槽的散热设计思想,并给出了机箱结构设计示意图。本文所提出的小型一体化全封闭加固机结构设计方法已在工程上得到应用,达到了较好的散热效果,增强了电磁兼容性能,使整机在保持小体积的状态下,具备了优良的环境适应性能和电磁兼容性能,可作为类似工程设计的参考。
In this thesis,a structure designing approach of a minitype incorporate inner-closure reinforcment machine is discussed and the scheme of the structure design of this machine is presented.The thoughtway and the scheme of the structure design of the reinforcement machine are described.The designing thoughtway of the separate cavity structure and the heat dissipation of higher power module by large area conducting and by additive vent-slot are stressed.And the structure designing sketch map is presented.The structure designing approach of the minitype incorporate inner-closure reinforcment machine presented in this thesis has been used in an engineering project.Preferable heat dissipation effect and strengthened EMC make the whole machine possess excellent enviroment characteristic and EMC under the state of smaller volume and preferable performance.This approach can supply reference to similar engineering projects.
