思连康佐治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎疗效观察

Observation on Effect of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets in Treatment of Lymphadenitis of Mesentery in Children

目的:观察思连康治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的疗效和安全性。方法:对84例小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎分两组进行治疗,对照组使用常规抗感染治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用思连康。疗程2周,根据年龄不同,使用不同剂量,观察思连康佐治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的转归及可能出现的不良反应。结果:治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:思连康佐治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎疗效明显,安全可靠。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine Tablets in treatment of lymphadenitis of mesentery in Children.Method：Eighty-four children with lymphadenitis of mesentery were treated with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine Tablets.They were devided into two groups randomly,treatment group and control group.The period of its treatment was two weeks.According to the difference of age to use different does of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine Tablets.Result：Among 42 cases of patients with lymphadenitis of mesentery,besides 4 cases of patients sere improved and one had no effect,others were cured.There were no reccurrence and side effect by stopping taking the drags or later.Conclusion：Bifidobacterium tetravaccine Tablets is effective and safe in treatwent of lymphadenitis of mesentery in children.
