金属电化学线切割加工技术是利用电化学加工原理进行金属切割的一种新加工工艺。文中根据金属电化学线切割加工技术工艺原理,建立了制造工艺过程与设备机械之间的关系,设计并制作完成了该工艺装置。该装置主要由机床床身模块、运动执行模块、电解液系统模块、工艺装备模块4部分构成。

Metal wire cut electrochemical machining（MWEM） technology is a new metal cutting machining method that based on the principles of electrochemical machining. According to the principle of process of MWEM,this paper established the relationship between manufacturing process and machinery device, designed and completed the process units, The device is consisted mainly of 4 parts： machine tool body module,motor executive module,electrolyte system module and process equipment module.
