摘要 通过建立风扇在半消声室内的简化模型、划分网格,利用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)软件Fluent对其进行稳态计算,并根据获得的稳态流场数据利用软件中的FW-H噪声模型得到风扇的噪声。文中对外径相同的两款风扇进行了噪声计算,并将计算结果与半消声室内两风扇的测试噪声进行了对比。结果表明,文中的稳态计算风扇噪声的方法是可行的,在工程实际中可用于风扇设计初期的噪声计算。 Through establishing the simplified model of fan in semi-anechoic chamber, dividing the grid, the velocity and pressure information of internal flow field are obtained, by using of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software Fluent's steady-state model. And then, the overall sound level of the fan is calculated based on the steady-state flow data by using the noise model FW-H in Fluent. The noises of two fans are tested in semi-anechoic chamber and compared with the results of calculation in this paper. Results show that the method of fan noise calculation in this paper is feasible and can be used to analyze fan noise in the early design.
