摘要
滚珠丝杠是数控机床进给系统的关键元件之一,其变形将影响数控机床进给系统的定位精度。文中运用有限元分析方法,分析了滚柱丝杆副在自重作用下的弯曲变形对滚珠丝杠的轴向滞后量及螺距误差的影响,提出了减小变形和误差的对策。
The ball screw is one of key elements of CNC machine tools ,its deformations will influence on the position accuracy of feeding system. The bending deformation of ball screw was analysed by means of Finite Element. The countermeasure of reducing those deformation was advanced.
