摘要
在数控车床上使用尖形车刀车削倾斜椭圆,编制粗、精加工的宏程序。介绍了数学模型的建立、起始角度、终止角度的计算方法,并给出了加工程序。
This paper adopts pointed lathe tool to turning inclined ellipse on NC lathe and makes custom maero program of rough machining and finish machining, introduces the set up of mathematical modeling, the calculation method of start angle and end angle, the machining process is presented.
