摘要
在介绍分动器的基础上,对耦合器式分动器总成中关键调整垫片的测选尺寸链计算方法进行了深入的分析,并针对目前工艺方法存在的不足进行了优化,通过优化提高了分动器的装配质量和装配效率。
This article introduces the structure of PTO, analyzes the calculating for key shims dimension chains of viscous coupling PTO, and the author optimizes the procession according to the deficiency in current method. Through optimizing, it can greatly improve assembly quality and production efficiency obviously of PTO.
