摘要
介绍了为自行研制的多道中性粒子能谱仪开发软件的过程和该软件的特点，并重点介绍了在ＨＬ－１Ｍ装置物理实验中利用该软件获得的结果。
おhe programming procedure and characteristics of the software for a multichannel neutral particle energy spectrometer are described. Preliminary results obtained with the software are also presented.
