冀东地区奶牛用饲料原料及日粮中镁含量的分析

摘要 利用火焰原子吸收光谱法对冀东地区玉米、麦麸、玉米秸秆和青贮玉米等原料和在市场上及奶牛养殖场采集的饲料样品中的镁含量进行测定,根据测定结果和奶牛日粮配方进行镁的盈缺分析,为奶牛的镁营养提供数据支持。结果显示,玉米、麦麸、玉米秸秆和青贮玉米中镁含量分别为930.01、1760.28、1664.65和1561.39mg/kg,玉米和麦麸中镁含量高于国家饲料数据库值。日粮中镁盈缺分析,对产奶牛以精料补充料为基础配制的日粮中镁含量达到NRC推荐值,以浓缩饲料为基础配置的日粮镁含量略低于NRC推荐值;对干奶牛无论以精料补充料还是以浓缩饲料为基础配制日粮中镁含量均超过NRC推荐值。
