With the ever deepening of education reforms, moral education has become the focus of modern school education.With an analysis of the characteristic of the course of physical education and health in middle schools, the paper presents the ways of integrating the moral education content in the physical education teaching, aiming at making the moral education in the teaching process obtain truly specific manifestation, and instruct the physical education teaching.
