内需不振的原因及政策建议

Reasons and suggestions on the shrinking of domestic demands

近年来,我国消费对GDP增长的贡献份额连续大幅下降。自2008年以来,为应对全球经济金融危机、促进经济平稳较快发展,中央和地方政府大规模增加政府投资,实施总额4万亿元的投资计划,试图通过拉动国内需求,实现"扩内需、保增长、调结构"的战略目标。文章从全球经济金融危机和我国开启新一轮积极财政政策这一大背景出发,运用经济学相关理论,从宏观的角度分析了我国"内需不振"的原因,并提出若干政策建议。

In recent years, the contribution of resident consumption to the increase of GDP have decreased largely and constantly, since 2008, to Challenge the global economic crisis and promote the stable and fast develpment of economy, central and start an initiative amounting 40 trillion Yuan to realize the strategic goals of ＂stimulating the domestic demands, maintaining the economic growth and adjusting the structure＂, starting from this background, the author analyzes the reasons of the shrinking of domestic demands from macro - perspective and puts forward some suggestions by applying relative economic theories.
