摘要
在保证塔机基础安全可靠的基础上,实用新型专利技术"混凝土预制拼装多用塔机基础",采用无粘结预应力工艺将混凝土预制件合理组合与塔机组成受力整体,克服了传统塔基的不足,实现了重复利用、节约能源的目的。保证塔基的施工质量是塔机安全运行的前提,因此监理应从塔基的地基承载力、定位组装、预制件的质量、预应力施加、预应力筋的防护以及回填土等方面进行控制,以确保塔机基础的施工符合要求。
Based on assuring the security and stability of the fixed crane base, the new practical proprietary technology-"fabricated multi-used precast concrete blocks of fixed crane base" emmloys the unbonded prestressed technology to make the concrete prefabricated parts and fixed crane consititute a whole to be stressed. In this way, the deficiency of the traditional fixed crane base can be remedied, the aim of reusing and energy conservation can be realized. Assuring the high quality of the construction of the fixed crane base determines its safe operation. Supervisoin control must take ground bearing capacity of the crane base, the assembly location, the quality of fabricated parts, exertion of pretensioned force, the protection of presstressed reinforcing steel and backfill into consideration. So that the construction of the fixed crane base can be up to the requirements.
