摘要 电动机拖动系统能耗占全国用电量的65%左右,其调速节能潜力巨大,是工矿企业一直努力追求的目标,也是国家宏观部门节能降耗重点关注的方向。本文理论分析了电机变频调速的原理,介绍目前先进典型的泵、风机类变频调速控制系统和变频调速节能效果,指出今后变频调速的工作方向。 The energy consumption of electric motor drag systems occupy more than 65% of the whole nation quantity of the electricity in China, which has giant potentiality on motor rotational speed control. Energy-saving is the maximize profit goal of Industries and Mines which is also the major direction that national macroscopic department pays more attention to. Based on the theory analysis of the principle of motor frequency and speed control, This paper introduces an typical and advanced motor frequency and speed control system of pump and fan and the energy-saving effect, and puts forward the future work direction on motor frequency and speed control.
