陕西石油天然气资源开发与产业发展研究综述

Overview of Research on the Oil and Gas Resource Exploitation and Industry Development in Shaanxi Province

对近年来发表的有关陕西石油天然气产业发展的研究文献进行检索和评述,结果表明,研究者主要关注以下几个方面:陕西油气资源开发历史,陕北石油开发秩序,矿权制度、矿权地权冲突,以及陕西油气资源产业发展战略与可持续发展。其不足之处,在于对资源开发如何带动当地经济发展问题研究不够,相关研究中也没有使用产业经济学的有效研究工具。

The research literatures on oil and gas industry in Shaanxi published in recent years have been searched and reviewed in this paper. The result shows that the major concerns of researchers are placed on the following aspects： the development history of oil and gas resources in Shaanxi, the order of oil exploitation in northern Shaanxi, the mineral rights systems, the conflict between mineral! rights and land right, as well as the development strategy and sustainable development of oil and gas resources industry in Shaanxi. It also presents that the weakness of these studies lies in the insufficient research on how to pro- mote local economic development along with the resources development, and no use of effective tools about industrial economics in relevant research.
