摘要
通过对《物权法》第七十四条规定的分析,并针对地下车库的权属问题展开论述,得出应明确、细化《物权法》第七十四条的规定,同时明确建筑物区分所有权中专有部分与共有部分的界分标准的结论。
Based on the analysis on Article 74 of Property Law, an exposition is carried out around the right problem of underground garage. Then it is conclude that Article 74 of Property Law should be cleared and detailed, meanwhile the division standards between exclusive fights and co- ownership in differentiation ownership of buildings should be declared clearly.
