摘要
本文基于浙江杭州591个农户问卷调查,归纳了农民创业五个方面的特征,分析了四个方面的创业绩效:创业带动就业,创业促进增收,创业改善农村产业结构,创业产生了一大批知名民营企业家;探讨了六个方面的农民创业政策建议。
This paper is based on five hundred and ninety-one surveys on families in the rural areas. It describes the four characteristics of Farmer-entrepreneurship in Hangzhou: Farmer-entrepreneurship has stimulated em- ployment, increased many people’s income, improved industrial structures in the rural areas, and hatched a great number of successful entrepreneurs in the private sector. The article discussed 6 policy suggests.
