摘要
中国与美国的贸易谈判存在着诸多障碍。在谈判桌上争夺"话语权"不可避免并成为双方赢取谈判的重要筹码。本文从福柯的"话语权力论"角度探讨在中美贸易谈判中的"话语权利"与"话语权力"问题。作者认为在现代国际贸易谈判中谁拥有了话语权,谁就能最大限度地操控和影响谈判的走向和实质,其中政治因素、谈判者的认知形式和话语配备决定了话语权的实现。因此,要创立话语权共享的谈判境界,在提高国家政治经济实力的同时,我们必须了解话语与权力联结的隐蔽机制,洞察话语与主体之间的复杂关系。
There are many obstacles in the Sino-US trade negotiation. Both sides view the capture of"discourse power" as the key to winning trade negotiations. The author studies the "discourse right" and "discourse power" in Sino- US trade negotiations based on the theory of"Discourse Power" by Foucault. She finds that in international trade negotiations, whoever has the discourse power, can largely control the negotiations. The author further points out that the realization of discourse power is determined by some political factors, negotiators' cognition and equipment of discourse based on Foucault's theory. Therefore, to create a negotiating setting of sharing discourse power, apart from increasing our country's national political and economic strength, we must understand the intrinsic mechanism under which discourse connects with power and have an insight into the complicated relationship between discourse and negotiating subject.
