Issues in Focus on Language Form in Task-based Language Teaching

摘要 诞生于西方的任务型语言教学把更多的精力放在意思交流上,结果是学习者二语(外语)的口语流利程度和对复杂事物的表达能力虽然有所提高,但所使用的语言却不够准确。对此,一些学者认为有必要增加语言形式教学的内容。作者介绍了西方学者对语言形式教学的一些看法。 Task-based language teaching put forward in the western countries focuses upon communication. As a result, learners' fluency in speaking and ability of communication improve to some extent. But the language they speak and write has more or less problems in accuracy. Some scholars believe it is essential to add the teaching of language form to Eng- lish teaching. This paper intends to introduce some theoretical contentions upon the teaching of language form in order that task-based language teaching can be better implemented in all schools around China.
