表象训练在乒乓球正手攻球教学中的应用研究

Exploration of the Employment of Idea Training in Teaching Forehand Attack of Ping Pang Ball

改革教学方法是当前教育改革提出的一项重要任务,将表象训练运用于乒乓球的教学中,探索出一种将传统教学手段与现代心理训练相结合的教学方法不失为一种尝试。通过实验组与对照组的数据对比发现:实验组与对照组成绩有显著性差异,实验结果表明:在乒乓球普修课正手攻球教学中引入表象训练法的教学效果优于传统的教学方法。

Methodology refonn is on important task in current teaching reform. It is certain a useful try to combine conventional teaching means with modem psychological training. Results came out from the comparative data between the experimental group and the contrast group： idea training introduced into teaching forehand attack of ping pang in selective course is better than tile conventional teaching method.
