荆楚民歌中常见的句法格式有"A的A来B的B"、"V几V"、"连X带Y"、"A不过"、"V不彻(不赢)"、"A都A不B"、"搞这(鬼)猴"、"V地V地……"、省动兼语句、主次陪衬句以及合分句式等。

In this thesis, some syntactic structures are discussed occurring in Jing Chu ballad frequently. There are the following syntactic structures：some are A（adj）/A-ing（v）, and some are B （adj）/B-ing（v）, sb/sth is more than A, sb/sth is far from finishing V-ing, sb/sth A-s too A（adj） to B, and other kinds of primary and secondary foil sentences.
