借鉴国外经验,创建西部边疆民族高等教育管理体制

On Creation of Higher Education Management System in Western Minority Areas Based on the Foreign Experiences

西方国家高等教育采取集权、分权或二者相融合的管理方式,采取立法、拨款、监督等机制进行调控,值得借鉴。我国要扩大西部边疆民族高校办学自主权,加快建立西部边疆高等教育统筹管理体系,积极开展与发达地区交流协作等策略,寻找适合西部边疆民族高等教育发展的有效途径。

Some advanced management methods are adopted in the higher education in western countries. And the experience should be provided for our higher education management in western minority areas. We should enlarge the autonomy of the universities in western minority areas, accelerate the establishment of integrated management of the higher education system, and actively carry out communication and cooperation with the developed areas, searching for an effective way to the higher education development in western minority areas.
