Perioperation nursing of holmium laser breakstone skill.

目的:探讨钬激光碎石术的护理方法。方法:通过对86例泌尿道结石患者的激光碎石护理,总结出一套完整的护理方法。结果:通过对86例患者的术前、术中、术后护理和出院健康指导,手术过程顺利,取石成功率高,无并发症发生。结论:钬激光碎石技术具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少的优点,易使患者接受。

Objective ： Probe into the nursing method of holmium laser breakstone skill. Methods ： Tosums up a set of entire nursing method pass the laser breakstone nursing to 86 patients with urinary tracts calculus. Results：After perioperation care and health education ,the operation were success and there was no complications of 86 patients with urinary tracts calculus. Conclusion ： Holmium laser breakstone technology has a wound restoring the merit that complication is short quickly for a short time,the patient easy to make accepts.
