摘要
为了改进传统的秤量车机械配料速度慢、精度差、劳动强度大的不足,介绍了用于称量小车配料系统可编程序控制器的控制系统控制方法、料批重量误差补正技术,并介绍了系统的应用程序设计。改造后的配料系统在实际应用中,不仅克服了上述的弊病,而且提高了自动化程度,炉况稳定,各项指标有所改善,取得较好的经济效益。
The traditional weighing scale in working has some disadvantages such as low speed of mechanical charge burdening, deviation in accuracy and large labor intensity. In order to improve this situation, the article introduces the constitution of PLC controlling system used in burdening weighing scale car, and its controlling method, supplementing and correcting technology due to the batch weight's error. It also introduces the application program of the system. After reformation the charge burdening system after rebuilding would not only overcome the abovementioned disadvantages, but improve its automation degree with stable furnace condition and better index. Thus the better economic benefit is obtained.
