概括介绍了铁电致冷基本原理,给出了三种电生热效应,即线性电生热效应、二次电生热效应和电场诱导一级相变型电生热效应的表达式,测量了(1-x)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3xPbTiO3[简记为(1-x)PMNxPT],当x=008,010和025时在室温附近的电生热性能,分析了其电生热效应的起源.研究结果表明,(1-x)PMNxPT铁电固溶体陶瓷在室温附近具有较大的电生热效应;该效应起源于电场诱导一级相变型电生热效应和线性电生热效应;
AbstractIn recent years, the electrocaloric effect (abbr. ECE) of dielectrics has attracted attention for ferroelectric refrigerating application. The fundamentals of ferroelectric refrigeration and the expressions of three types of ECEs, i.e., linear, quadratic and fieldinduced firstorder phase transition electrocaloric effects, are presented in this paper. The ECE properties of (1-x)PbMg1/3Nb2/3O_3 xPbTiO_3[abbr. (1-x)PMN xPT] ferroelectric ceramics(x=0.08, 0.10, and 0.25 respectively) at room temperature were measured and analyzed. It is found that the large electrocaloric effect of (1-x)PMN xPT ferroelectric ceramics about room temperature is due to the electric induced first order phase transition and linear electrocaloric effects, and these ceramics could be used in ferroelectric multi stage refrigeration.
