摘要
助磨剂对于粉体的超细粉碎起着重要的作用。本文对辉沸石的介质搅拌磨湿法超细研磨中三乙醇胺对超细粉碎的影响规律进行了研究。结果表明,三乙醇胺对辉沸石的超细粉碎效果影响明显,其最优用量为辉沸石0.4%;在球料比4∶1、料浆浓度50%、三乙醇胺用量0.4%的条件下累积研磨3h,所得辉沸石样品粒度分布为d50=3.72μm,d97=9.48μm。
Grinding aids is important to ultrafine grinding of powder. In the paper, we studied the influencing laws of triethanolamine in wet ultrafme grinding of stilbite by stirred mill. The results show that triethanolamine can influence the ultrafine grinding of zeolite evidently, and the best triethanolamine dosage is 0.4%. When the ball-to-powder weight ratio is 4:1,the slurry concentration is 50%, the triethanolamine dosage is 0.4%,and cumulating grind time is 3h, the particle size of stilbite samples can be d50=3.72μm and d97=9.48μm
