摘要
文章分别介绍了基建项目前期,运行阶段和结束阶段的财务管理,认为项目前期阶段应明确财务管理定位然后科学编制项目预算;项目运行阶段的主要工作包括项目成本费用管理、项目绩效管理和资金管理,项目结束阶段的工作主要是项目综合财务评价。
Financial management as an integral part of project management, plays a vital role in the project management. To strengthen the management and analysis of infrastructure financial management process can not only improve the efficiency of project management, promoting its normal operation, but also provide the basis for decision-making basis for the management of enterprises.
