摘要
酶法直接生产葡萄糖酸锌是生产方式上的一个创新。它以葡萄糖为原料,采用葡萄糖氧化酶和过氧化氢酶直接催化生成葡萄糖酸,并与氧化锌反应生成葡萄糖酸锌。滤除多余氧化锌后的葡萄糖酸锌溶液通过一次结晶即可获得高纯度的成品,达到了高效、低耗、优质、节能和环保的目的。
Enzymatic process is an innovative way for Zinc Gluconate production. In the new process, glucose is oxidized to gluconic acid by Glucose Oxidase and Catalase directly and neutralized by Zinc Oxide, followed by one- step crystallization. The advantages of the new process are: simpler process, easier control, less capital investment, higher product quality, less energy consumption and more environmental friendly. The novel process has been tested in lab scale and also commercialized. It has been proved to be a new, effective and economically viable way to produce Zinc Gluconate.
