摘要
对近年来国内外桃分子遗传图谱构建及重要性状基因定位的研究进展进行了综述,并对今后的研究方向提出了建议,以期为我国桃种质资源的评价和优良新品种的选育提供参考。
Advances in the construction of molecular genetic map and mapping of important traits and genes in Amygdalus persica in recent years were reviewed.Suggestions on the forthcoming studies were also given,aiming to providing references for the identification of germplasm resources and the breeding of fine new cultivars.
