摘要
通过在杜仲叶面喷施ABT生根粉和赤霉素,研究其对杜仲叶中次生代谢物京尼平甙酸、绿原酸、总黄酮、杜仲胶含量的影响。结果表明:ABT生根粉处理后,杜仲叶中京尼平甙酸的含量在较长时间段内增加,增加幅度超过了9%;绿原酸、总黄酮和杜仲胶的含量减少,减少幅度较大。赤霉素在不同的时期,对杜仲叶中京尼平甙酸、绿原酸、总黄酮和杜仲胶的含量影响效果不同,变化幅度较喷施ABT生根粉的小。
The effects of extra hormones, such a ABT and GA3 on the contents of secondary metabolites in the leaves of Eucomrnia ulrnoides were investigated. The results showed that ABT can inerease the content of geniposidic acid in a long time, the range of variation was more than 9%, but most of the time, it would decrease the contents of chlorogenic acid, total flavonoids and gutta-percha, the range of variation was large too. GA3 exhibited different impacts on each metabolite with less chang amplitude.
