Eco-Civilization Study from Harmonious Society Perspective

党的十七大报告中首次提出"生态文明",引起全社会广泛关注。生态文明是人类对传统文明形态特别是工业文明进行深刻反思的成果,是人类文明形态和文明发展理念、道路和模式的重大进步。生态文明以马克思主义的自然理论为理论依据;以我国改革开放以来工业化、城镇化道路的反思和实施可持续发展战略、科学发展观以来的实践成果为实践依据。科学把握生态文明的内涵对于实现社会主义现代化、全面建设小康社会具有重大现实意义。

The Report of Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China initiatively announces the view of eco - civilization which catches mass attention. It results from the reflection on traditional civilization - especially industrial civilization, and so it symbolizes a great progress in civilization pattern, theory and path. Eeo- civilization is based on Marxism Nature Theory ,the re- flection on the path of industrialization and urbanization,the achievements from practice of the strategy of sustainable development, and the view of scientific development. It is of enormous significance for realizing modernization of socialism and constructing all way well - off society to realize eeo - civilization basically and scientifically.
