摘要 多元文化语境下,外语教师所需具备的素质与传统的、单一的文化语境下所需具备的素质有所区别。本文从多元文化角度讨论了外语教师应具备高尚的道德修养、具备了解多元文化知识的意识、具备转换角色、换位思考的意识以及具备反思性教学意识这四种重要的素质。从这样一种较新的角度出发,是为了使外语教学能够更好地进行,外语教师能够更好地教育学生,培养出更加符合国际大环境的优秀人才。 In a multicultural context, the qualities that foreign language teachers should have are quite different from the qualities that foreign language teachers should have in traditional, single cultural context. From a muhicultural point of view, this paper discusses that foreign language teachers should have four important qualities that are noble morality, the sense of knowing multicuhural knowledge, the sense of changing role and the sense of reflective teaching. The aim of choosing such a relative new point of view is to teach foreign language better, to make foreign language teachers educate students better and cultivate excellent talents that can suit international environment better.
