On Humaniti Concern and Psychological Gnidance for Ideological and Political Work

胡锦涛总书记在党的十七大报告中明确指出:"加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导……",这有利于构建社会主义和谐社会,彰显了执政党的人本关怀,是我们党思想政治工作与时俱进的创新之举。针对传统思想政治工作中人文关怀和心理疏导的缺失,我们要建立起有效的思想政治教育新机制。

General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out explicitly in his report to the 17th national congress of CPC：‘strengthen and improve ideological and political works ; pay great attention to humanitic concern and psychological guidance ＇. This request is advantageous to constructing socialism harmonious society, and still shows incumbent party＇s concern of humanities to innovate our party＇ s ideology and political work and to keep pace with the times. In view of the flaws of the traditionally ideologal and political work for humanities concem and the psychological guidance, we must establish new mechanism of the effective ideological and political edueation
