摘要
提出了基于决策树分类器和神经网络的数控线切割加工工艺参数寻优方法。根据已有的样本训练数据,建立分类和神经网络类型,针对要求的加工目标,通过对分类规则的提取,生成预测数据集,结合建立的神经网络模型,迅速准确的预测出对应的加工工艺参数。
This article recommends the method on optimization of machining parameters of EDM on the basis of analyzing the classification principle of decision tree classifier and parallelpiped classifier and back - propagation(BP)neural network. The basis of a sample of training data, classification and neural networks to establish the type of processing required for the target, through the extraction of classification rules to generate the forecast data sets, combined with the establishment of the neural network model, quickly and accurately predict the processing parameters of the corresponding.
